An interview with Asher Pruitt, a member of the boys’ soccer team, answered some questions about the boys’ soccer team.
When Pruitt was asked about the teams’ game plan, he responded with, “We are probably going to play at a fast pace to tire the other teams out.” Pruitt is not new to our school’s soccer team and believes we can get better.
Pruitt believes “we have good dribblers on our team to get past our opponents.” He thinks that the boys’ soccer team has an advantage over the other teams at dribbling.
Pruitt says that “Dylan E is a good role model, even our coach says so.” Dylan is what Pruitt believes is the teams MVP (Most Valuable Player). Dylan E is also the team’s Captain.
Pruitt thinks the team could improve. “We have a weak defense and could use some work on the midfield too”
There are many players on the team that are younger and less experienced on the team.
Pruitt believes that soccer is worth joining. “I joined the soccer team because I thought it would be a fun and good experience.”
