Taylor Swift, considered \u201cThe Queen of Pop\u201d has just finished about 8 months of her Eras Tour traveling across the world and has now released a movie in which documents her tour which includes music from all 10 of her albums released over 17 years.<\/p>\n
AMC and other movie theatres wanted the Eras Tour movie to have a concert like feel to it. Unlike other movies, audience members are encouraged to wear their \u201cSwiftie\u201d gear and sing\/dance along. Fans also kept the heartwarming tradition of trading friendship bracelets inspired by her lyrics \u201cso make the friendship bracelets and take the moments and taste it\u2026\u201d in the song \u201cYou\u2019re On Your Own Kid.\u201d<\/p>\n
Swiftie Vj Therence appreciates the trend because he believes it creates \u201ca sense of unity and togetherness which is a testament to the special bond between Swift and her devoted fan base.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although the Eras Tour movie is very similar to the concert, there are some minor changes. For example, five songs have been cut from the movie set list. The songs that didn\u2019t make the movie are \u201cThe Archer\u201d from the Lover set, \u201cno body, no crime\u201d (featuring HAIM) from Evermore, \u201cLong Live\u201d from Speak Now, \u201cWildest Dreams\u201d from 1989 and \u201cCardigan\u201d from folklore. Additionally, immersive 3D transitions were added in between the eras like the \u201cReputation\u201d snake, the \u201cEvermore\u201d forest, the \u201cRed\u201d balloons and the wave that washes \u201c1989\u201d away for \u201cMidnights.\u201d<\/p>\n
Swiftie Ella Vilicka, 8th<\/sup> grade student at PIA likes the addition of the transitions because \u201cThey make it more interesting in between the eras. I also feel like the whole movie experience was great because for those of us who didn\u2019t go to the concert, it was a great way to feel a part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n With ratings of five stars, tickets are getting harder to find especially since the movie is only running for a limited time in theatres but will be streaming on Disney Plus. You can get your tickets at your local movie theatre. The prices for adults are $19.89 in a reference to her fifth and soon-to-be-re-released album and for kids\/seniors the tickets are $13.13 because her lucky number is 13.
